What paper quality do you use for your prints?
All Mikkeller Prints are produced on premium 200gsm archival-quality matte paper. This ensures a glare-free finish and long-lasting color vibrancy that won't fade over time.
Do the prints come with frames included?
To ensure safe shipping and allow for personal customization, our prints are sold unframed. They are designed to fit standard frame sizes available at most home decor retailers.
How are the prints packaged for shipping?
We take great care in our packaging. Smaller prints are shipped in reinforced flat mailers, while larger posters are rolled in heavy-duty protective cardboard tubes to prevent creasing during transit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, typically taking 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international delivery.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If your print arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with a photo for a free replacement.
